As a Lead Software Engineer, Web, you will drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications that support millions of users. Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering professional growth and engineering excellence.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Optimize user interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX, accessibility, and frontend security best practices.
• Build and maintain seamless checkout and payment flows designed for millions of users.
• Contribute to development processes, architecture discussions, and strategic project planning.
• Ensure CI/CD workflows, code quality, and cloud-based deployment best practices are followed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven experience building scalable, consumer-facing applications with component-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of frontend security, high-performance web applications, and checkout/payment flows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based infrastructure, and modern web development workflows.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire a frontend development team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
