Responsibilities:
Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows applications development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.
Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years of experience in mobile / windows application development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.
Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile / Windows applications from concept to launch.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Proficiency in mobile /Windows development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin,Go, React Native).
Strong understanding mobile/Windows architecture platforms.
Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
