The Role:
As a Lead Software Developer at Datacor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, diagnosing and resolving software defects, and optimizing code for security, performance, and scalability. You will develop a strong understanding of our customers and the markets we serve, identify opportunities to create value, and enable the development team to deliver high‑quality solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product development, quality assurance, technical support, and sales and marketing. You will support team members with advanced data acquisition configuration, complex database query design and optimization, and sophisticated report development. Additionally, you will contribute to project documentation, assist with user training, and partner with the technical support team to help resolve urgent production issues. Please note this is a hybrid role 1-2 days onsite a week in Florham Park New Jersey.
