We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of admins/analysts; provide mentorship and quality oversight.
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity.
  • Drive automation using Flows and declarative tools to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders on enhancements and releases.
  • Oversee sandbox management, deployments, and release cycles.
  • Ensure platform performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and conduct user enablement sessions.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and internal tools.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with 1–2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flows, security, and data management.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Service, and Delivery operations in an IT Services/Consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver business-ready solutions.
  • Experience with AppExchange products and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of release management and environment strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as AdministratorAdvanced Administrator (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud Voice.
  • Basic knowledge of Apex/LWC to collaborate effectively with developers.
