Job Title: Internal Recruiter – Cape Town
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:30 - 18:30 // 10:00 - 19:30
Location: Tyger Valley, Cape Town
Working Pattern: Office based

The Role

We are now looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Global Talent team! You will have previous recruiting experience across Cape Town/South Africa, with a background for recruiting roles at all levels. We are happy to consider candidates from either an agency background or in-house!

A successful candidate will need to be confident, personable and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Raising requisitions on applicant tracking system and monitoring approval process
  • Promoting advertised vacancies on social media platforms including LinkedIn
  • Will be a brand evangelist and support in content creation for EVP and promoting our business culture.
  • Manage weekly communication with the business highlighting internal opportunities and vacancies to refer candidates.
  • Managing vacancy intake for all roles – and supporting key stakeholders in how to identify the right talent for their role
  • Creating evaluation metrics of roles – including interview questions and scoring metrics/framework,
  • Telephone interviewing candidates for opportunities – selling CVL as an employer of choice.
  • Coordinating business interviews and ensuring that all interviews take place.
  • Managing candidate experience and care, by ensuring we follow up appropriately with interview feedback.
  • Offer management and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure they are supported by making sure their new starters have the best onboarding experience.
  • Manage compliance and law requirements.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous recruitment experience in a busy and multi-role environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns and workloads
  • Experience of sourcing candidates using multiple resources
  • Confident communicator at all levels via telephone, video or in person
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience of ATS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional, friendly and engaging manner
