We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Lead QA Engineer.
Key responsibilities include:
- UI and regression testing ApprovalMax product
- Analyze requirements and discussing tasks with the team
- Develop test scenarios and checklists, maintaining them up-to-date
- Create test instructions and documentation
- Analyze test results and providing reports on the outcomes
- Interact with automation team (web and mobile version).
Main requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in testing
- Experience in managing a QA team (hiring, onboarding, training, and development)
- Knowledge of testing theory and basic testing methodologies, understanding the basic principles of software testing
- Understanding the software development life cycle
- Understanding of client-server architecture and web application principles
- Experience in testing mobile versions
- Experience with Jira / Confluence / CI-CD / Git systems
- Strong knowledge of HTML /CSS/ xPath /DevTools
- Experience with ELK systems
- Experience with Sentry or similar systems
- Experience in forming the structure of test documents
- Experience interacting with the autotesting department on the manual tester side, to generate queries and analyze autotests
- Good experience in working and testing with databases
- Good knowledge of Postman
- Experience with Charles (Fiddler)
- Ability to generate timely, concise and complete performance reports
- Ability to independently build team interaction with PMs and developers
- Experience in an accounting subject area
- Knowledge and understanding of RESTful API architecture
- Experience in running load tests
- Experience automating web on Playwright and mobile versions will be an added plus
- Experience with the Zephyr Scale test-engineering system will be an added plus
- Working as a part of cross-functional Scrum team, building efficient communication within and outside the team
- Ability to organize work in a remote format
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in Russian is a plus, but not required
- B2 English level (both written and spoken)
- Portfolio with samples of test cases, bug reports, code samples of any kind: API requests, JMeter, automated tests, personal websites, etc.
