NexThreat is currently seeking a Lead Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting DOD customers in network services, implementations, and management. As a Lead Project Manager, your role will involve collaborating with the team lead to manage projects that support global networks. You will also be leading cross-functional teams that include third-party vendors, internal Network Operations, and Internal Security groups in the planning and execution of projects.
This position requires broad experience in all functional activities to successfully plan, implement, and support circuit deliveries, equipment installations, and a day-two management takeover. Additionally, you will be supporting a larger team on proposals, project scheduling (MS Project), operational support, ordering, inventory, transition/implementation performance reporting, budgeting/forecasting, training, customer care, operations, program management plans, change management plans, resource plans, quality assurance plans, and risk management plans, etc.

Requirements:
• PMP Certification
• Understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity, privacy policies, disciplines, and methodologies
• Understanding of Federal initiatives in artificial intelligence, quantum encryption, cybersecurity , supply chain risk management, and Zero Trust
• Understanding of Federal Information Security Modernization Act 2014 (FISMA) and reporting structure
• Understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
• Understanding of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation.
• Understanding of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education, National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, and Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015
• Ability to work with customers to assess needs, assist, resolve problems, satisfy expectations; knows products and services
• Understanding of Department of Justice CSAM application reporting and controls management (Common, Hybrid, and System-specific)
• Ability to present analytic findings, extract data from multiple sources, manipulate and validate data, and conduct root cause analysis
• Skilled in using Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio
Qualifications:
• Data-bricks experience
• Experience with establishing and managing Agile continuous delivery and continuous
improvement environments, federal contract projects, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Understanding of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and
managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and performance
• Ability to facilitate workshops that foster business buy-in and drive solutions that meet business needs and adhere to DOT strategies
• Understanding of Enterprise architecture program development, including linkages with project implementation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and records management
