Lead Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly structured Lead Project Manager to lead complex, end‑to‑end implementation projects for international clients in the Oil & Gas SaaS domain. This role goes far beyond classic software development project management, you will own full lifecycle software implementations, including deep understanding of client business processes, integrations, data migration, training, and go‑live delivery. 

As a senior leader within our Project Management team, you will guide cross‑functional groups, elevate project excellence, and bring modern best‑practice methodologies into our organization. You will also empower, mentor, and support other PMs—helping us build a strong, collaborative PM community. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, global environments, enjoys working with enterprise customers, and is passionate about driving operational excellence in implementation and delivery. 

What You'll do

Project & Implementation Management 

• Lead full end‑to‑end SaaS implementation projects for international enterprise clients
• Support capacity and cross-project alignment when needed
• Understand client processes and translate them into system configuration, integrations, and implementation steps
• Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go‑live readiness
• Build project plans, manage scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Act as the escalation point for complex delivery issues and unblock teams when needed
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and high‑quality delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with PM, Engineering, Data, Delivery, and Integration teams
• Mentor and empower PMs, supporting knowledge-sharing across the team
• Contribute to building a PM community focused on continuous improvement
• Introduce and promote modern PM methods
• Remove blockers, support capacity planning, and ensure team alignment
• Help standardize project management practices, templates, and delivery ways of working.
  
  

What You'll Need 

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in SaaS or product-based environments
• Strong background with international projects and enterprise-level implementations
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and best-practice implementation experience
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and customer-facing delivery
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Highly structured, organized, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage complexity, stay decisive, and handle challenging stakeholders
  
  

Bonus Points For 

• Experience in the Oil & Gas or another Asset-heavy domain
• Knowledge of modern PM frameworks; certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum
• Proven ability to introduce new PM standards and continuously improve delivery processes
