Lead Product Manager (Wallet)

AI overview

Own and drive critical product areas in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams to define problems, trade-offs, and execution strategies for impactful crypto solutions.

Hi! We’re Mercuryo, and we’re on a mission to redefine finance by blending the best of traditional banking with the innovations of decentralized finance (DeFi). We believe that everyone should have easy access to Web3 and traditional financial services - and we’re making that happen by building a robust platform that simplifies dealing with crypto and seamlessly integrates it into the broader financial ecosystem.

Since we launched in 2018, we’ve teamed up with Web3 top projects such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Jupiter, PancakeSwap and 200+ others to power over 200 dynamic products. Our work also brings us into direct collaboration with major ecosystems such as Solana Labs, Consensys, and BNB Chain. We’re just getting started, and we want you to help us shape the future of money!

Our Product Culture
Our product teams are empowered to tackle challenging problems - both customer-related and business-oriented - in ways that delight our customers and benefit our business. We equip these teams with the necessary skills to devise solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. While the product designer ensures usability and engineers ensure feasibility, the product manager is accountable for value and viability. This requires understanding business constraints across compliance, legal, sales, finance, and privacy, as well as maintaining a deep understanding of users, partners, market dynamics, and competitive disadvantages.
At Mercuryo, a product lead acts as a mini‑CEO. The day‑to‑day focus is setting a clear product strategy and direction, and continuously aligning the team around it. Product managers are expected to be strong communicators and rational decision‑makers, explicitly assessing value, impact, and trade‑offs when prioritising initiatives across teams.
Our delivery model is built around speed of learning. We ship quickly to validate ideas in the real world, which makes the team deliberately flaw‑tolerant. Speed does not mean cutting corners. Fast delivery demands clarity. Before anything reaches development, ideas must be well thought through from both business and technical perspectives, with particular attention to reliability, compliance, and security.

About The Role
The Lead Product Manager owns a critical product area end to end. This role is accountable for turning company strategy into concrete outcomes by defining the right problems, making deliberate trade-offs, and driving execution across product, engineering, design, analytics, compliance, and commercial teams.
The role is outcome-driven. Success is measured by business and customer impact, not by the number of features shipped.

  • Lead discovery and experimentation to identify and prioritize the most impactful features and opportunities.
  • Drive product development to ship new capabilities in partnership with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing.

  • Exposure to multi-market or global product launches.

  • Background in 0→1 product development or early-stage environments, with hands-on experience searching for and validating product–market fit.
  • Experience building financial or regulated products, with the ability to navigate compliance and risk constraints without losing product momentum.
