You will be reporting to the VP Product Management for Image & Video. What you’ll do:
  • Own the image optimization and delivery product area — from roadmap definition through launch and ongoing iteration
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Sales to deliver high-impact features at scale
  • Partner with Strategy, Partnerships, and other product teams to ensure alignment across Cloudinary’s broader vision
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Define and monitor product success through clear KPIs and analytics-driven decision making
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer-facing teams — equipping them with product insights, roadmaps, and positioning
  • Collaborate closely with platform partners and channels to understand integration needs and opportunities
  • What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
  • A strong grasp of the product development lifecycle — from discovery to go-to-market
  • Solid understanding of media performance, including concepts like image compression, responsive design, CDNs, and lazy loading
  • Comfortable working on API-first products and building for a developer audience
  • Exceptional communication skills — equally fluent with engineers, executives, and external partners
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and align multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive prioritization and iteration
  • Nice to have:
  • Exposure to or interest in media processing, performance optimization, or delivery infrastructure
  • Experience working with OEMs, partners, or indirect channels
