What you'll do

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Patient Health Companion team, focusing on creating a comprehensive health companion experience. Reporting to the VP Patient Product, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Doctolib from a transactional appointment booking platform into a continuous health partner for our users.

As a Lead Product Manager, your mission will be to develop and optimize a personalized health companion experience that helps users achieve their health goals through targeted content, tracking tools, and goal-based journeys. You'll define the vision for how users discover, engage with, and benefit from companion features, starting with our Parents vertical and expanding to other health domains.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Own and define the product vision and strategy for the Health Companion experience, focusing on personalized content delivery, health tracking, goal-based frameworks, and user engagement
  • Lead the development of key companion features including the mobile home experience, Stories, content recommendations, health tracking tools, and goal-based user journeys
  • Make the best use of AI to build product and to deliver value to our users (from machine learning like Recommender Systems to LLM-powered features)
  • Build a comprehensive personalization framework that delivers the right content and tools to users based on their health profile and needs
  • Partner with content, design, and engineering teams to create engaging, medically-accurate health content in various formats (stories, articles, interactive tools)
  • Define and implement measurement frameworks to track user engagement, goal achievement, and health outcomes
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, content, medical, marketing) to deliver a seamless, integrated health companion experience

Who you are

  • Have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with direct ownership of consumer-facing products: leading discoveries, writing specifications, launching features, measuring impact, and iterating, preferably in health tech or consumer apps with high engagement
  • Bring expertise in mobile apps, consumer products, personalization, content delivery platforms, and/or health tracking applications
  • Have experience building goal-based user journeys and engagement mechanisms that drive behavior change
  • Are comfortable working with content management systems, analytics platforms, and personalization engines
  • Have a highly structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution, with the ability to prioritize efficiently while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Have scaled consumer products across multiple markets, navigating complex user needs and regulatory environments
  • Demonstrate passion for health and wellness, with understanding of how digital tools can improve health outcomes
  • Have experience in AI-powered products, from integrating machine learning to having large language models in production
  • Are fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum) to engage with diverse teams and markets
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
