You’ll be joining a global team of Product Managers within our Partner Credit Services (PCS) business area, a group on a mission to help our members get the right credit, enabling them to trade, plan, and grow their business with confidence. The PCS team simplifies access to credit by building seamless, transparent, and scalable lending experiences in partnership with leading lenders.
The first 30 days of a member’s experience are critical to long-term engagement. In this role, your key challenge will be to define what the ideal post-onboarding experience looks like for new members, across different business types.
