Lead Product Manager

Job Description:

About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Trust & Safety Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance user safety, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and platform policies. As a senior leader, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, policy, data science, and operations teams to develop and implement scalable trust and safety solutions. Your goal is to create a safer, more trustworthy experience for our users while balancing innovation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the trust and safety product strategy, roadmap, and key initiatives.
• Lead the development and enhancement of tools, features, and policies to detect and mitigate fraud, abuse, and harmful content.
• Drive collaboration with engineering teams to build scalable safety solutions, such as automated detection, moderation systems, and risk scoring models.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with global regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze data, identify emerging threats, and drive data-driven decision-making to shape policy and product initiatives.
• Partner with operations and customer support teams to improve incident response and enforcement processes at scale.
• Advocate for user safety and ethical considerations in product development.
• Mentor and provide strategic direction to junior product managers within the trust & safety domain.

Requirements

• Minimal 6 years in product management, preferably in trust & safety, security, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of abuse detection, fraud prevention, or related areas.
• Proven experience working with AI/ML-based safety systems, policy enforcement tools, or automated detection mechanisms.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and leverage insights to improve safety measures at scale.
• Deep familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive-level decision-making.
