As the AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven features and functionalities that revolutionize the way consumers search for and discover homes in our real estate marketplace across http://Realtor.com and our native app. By working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and business development, you will define and prioritize AI product initiatives, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery. Your role will involve identifying market opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and leveraging AI technologies to create innovative solutions that enhance the home search and discovery process.
What you'll do:

AI Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive AI product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals, with a strong emphasis on enabling consumers to search and discover homes in new and innovative ways. Continuously identify and prioritize AI opportunities in the real estate marketplace, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and their impact on search.

Product Roadmap: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and maintain a strategic product roadmap for AI-driven features and enhancements that magnify the home search and discovery experience. Continuously prioritize and iterate on the roadmap based on user feedback, business objectives, and market dynamics.

Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough market research, user interviews, and data analysis to understand consumer needs, pain points, and preferences when search for and discovering homes. Translate these insights into detailed product requirements and specifications for AI-driven features and functionalities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business development teams to ensure the successful development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions that enable innovation. Collaborate with other product managers, engineers and data scientists to define technical requirements, algorithms, and models.

User Experience Optimization: Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for seamless user experiences enabled by AI technologies. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that leverage AI-driven features to enable consumers to search and discover homes in new and innovative ways.

Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms to measure and evaluate the success and impact of AI-driven features on enabling innovative home searches and discoveries. Continuously analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on existing AI solutions.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the real estate industry, AI landscape, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for enabling innovative home searches and discoveries. Stay informed about emerging technologies and innovative AI applications to identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or acquisition opportunities that enhance our platform's capabilities.

Project Management: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of AI initiatives that transform the home search and discovery process.

What you'll bring:
- 11+ years of product management or equivalent experience at a leading technology company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Balance of creative, product, technical, and analytical aptitude and skill sets to be work across a very diverse set of stakeholders ranging from marketing and sales teams to engineers and data analytics
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to bring many parties and perspectives together, to forge a vision, and to drive towards common goal
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deliverables and projects at once balancing short term revenue objectives with long term vision
- Successful in working with cross-functional products experiences and driving the coordination and buy-in across teams
- User-centered style, with a strong sense of empathy driving product direction and execution based on user needs. It’s not all about the revenue.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding execution holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering successful outcomes.
- Analytical and results orientated. You look at the data to drive insights, decisions, and help steer the product and team to results

- You will define a big-picture vision, and also drive and attention to detail to make that vision a reality.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills to drive results across the spectrum of audiences and stakeholders including product, engineering, sales, marketing and senior executive team
- Prior experience in digital advertising or real estate is a plus, but not required
