Why this role exists

We’re building an AI-first, agentic product and we need a senior designer who can take workflows from messy to obvious. This is a hands-on role with full ownership across UX and UI. You’ll lead design end-to-end, partner tightly with Product and Engineering, talk to customers often, and ship improvements weekly.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product design across our core experiences: signals-to-action, scoring, agentic workflows, AI-assisted messaging, reporting, configuration, and dense data UI.
  • Drive discovery and research: run customer interviews, usability tests, and rapid validation; synthesize insights into clear product direction.
  • Prototype fast: explore multiple directions quickly, validate with users, and de-risk before engineering commits.
  • Ship weekly: work closely with Product and Engineering to scope, trade-offs, and deliver high-quality experiences at startup pace.
  • Build and evolve the design system in Figma: tokens, components, patterns, interaction standards, accessibility, and usage guidance.
  • Raise the bar on craft: visual polish, interaction details, microcopy, and predictable UX across a complex product surface area.
  • Help define our AI product UX: how the agent behaves, how users steer it, where we show confidence or uncertainty, and how we keep users in control.

What you bring

  • 5+ years designing digital products (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
  • A portfolio showing shipped work with clear thinking, constraints, trade-offs, and outcomes.
  • Strong UX fundamentals: problem framing, flows, IA, research, testing, iteration.
  • Strong UI craft for information-rich products: hierarchy, density, typography, layout systems, component discipline.
  • Comfort designing AI-assisted and agentic workflows (or a strong point of view on how to do it well).
  • Confidence operating as the primary designer: setting standards, creating clarity, and pushing quality without heavy process.
  • Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.

How we work across time zones

Europe-friendly hours with thoughtful overlap. Mornings are great for deep work and EU collaboration. Late afternoons are used for leadership syncs, Sales/CS touchpoints, and many customer interviews with US-based users. We plan calendars to keep the cadence sustainable.
