This will be the first design hire. We're looking for someone who has led projects and worked in a start up with knowledge using Figma. In the future we will hopefully look to build a team around this person.
Minimum 4 years experience - need to have led product design end to end and show that you can lead and deliver projects.
Working collaboratively with engineering. Understand how to talk to engineers etc. Need to be customer facing as you will be carrying out product feedback interviews with customers. Someone who has worked in a B2B company, ideally a SaaS start Up with a quality UI/UX
