Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) who can drive end-to-end product design across complex digital ecosystems. You’ll own the complete design journey - from UX strategy to high-fidelity UI execution, working on both 0→1 products and evolving mature systems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and clients to create scalable, elegant, and impactful design solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the entire design process - from research and user flows to polished UI and interaction design.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, including components, tokens, and UI frameworks.
  Create seamless interaction and motion designs that enhance usability and delight users.
• Work hands-on in Figma, managing components, variants, and smooth design-to-dev handoffs.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams - experience with Tailwind, ShadCN, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Present and communicate design decisions clearly, articulating both the why and how behind your work.

You’ll need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in product design (web and mobile).
• Proven experience leading design systems and ensuring visual and interaction consistency.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and scalability.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma and modern component-driven design workflows.
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-theme platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to work closely with engineers, PMs, and clients.
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable - comfortable experimenting with AI/UX workflows and fast-moving projects.
