About the role: 

*This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC, and willing to come into the office on a hybrid basis, three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).*

Fubo is looking for a Lead Product Designer to join its Design team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping design the future of TV by exploring innovative new features that leverage cutting edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead and own the design work for new products or features, from inception to launch
• Create compelling, user-centered solutions towards the goals of your team
• Visualize the end-to-end experience through a combination of documentation, prototypes and visuals
• You will work closely with your peers and stakeholders to debate ideas, negotiate perspectives and accelerate progress towards a shared vision
• You will lead the integration of this product or feature back into the core experience in an efficient and effective manner

Qualifications:

• You have a proven track record of at least 7 years of leading projects where you designed compelling consumer products
• You possess at least a couple of case studies that show your process from abstract idea to shipped product
• Hands-on creative with a strong UX/UI/IA design expertise with impeccable attention to detail
• You have a solid understanding of product thinking, interaction design, data science, experimentation and execution
• You are able to quickly prototype ideas in a self-sufficient manner
• Fascination with innovation and technology, understanding of digital tools and trends. Bonus points if you worked with AI or recommendation systems in the past
• Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Experience working with customer data and research
• You’ve designed experiences for TV platforms
• You understand how to work within a robust design system
• Passionate about sports and creating high quality work

Fubo’s minimum base salary for this role if hired in New York City is $165,000 per year; maximum base salary for this role is $215,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Fubo's equity plan, annual cash bonus plans, unlimited PTO, and a full range of medical benefits. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
