Lead user behavior analysis (journeys, drop-offs, activation/aha moments) using event data.
Monitor key metrics and anomalies; escalate issues and communicate updates to stakeholders with defined SLAs
Own and maintain event taxonomy and tracking structure (events, properties, naming conventions); validate implementation and business logic alignment.
Design and build robust, reusable SQL data models (clean layers, consistent definitions, performance-minded queries).
Mentor Junior/Middle Data Analysts in SQL, validation, funnel/cohort analysis, and experimentation quality; provide regular feedback and guidance.
Give and receive direct, actionable feedback with peers and the Leadership Team; maintain a high bar for quality in a demanding environment.
Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with proven ownership of end-to-end analysis and stakeholder delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes in large datasets.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate analysis into clear business actions.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven recommendations aligned with company goals.
