Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
• 5+ years experience as C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
• Proven techninal leadership experience
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub workflows and actions)
• Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices
• English B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

Nice to have Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API
