Accountabilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to consistently close high 5-figure and 6-figure deals
Drive deal strategy and execution across complex sales cycles from discovery to close
Elevate sales methodology adoption to ensure effective qualification and clear next steps
Build a strategic selling culture focused on larger, value-led engagements
Orchestrate multi-stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless deal progression
Segment and prioritize territories to identify expansion opportunities
Conduct high-quality deal reviews and QBRs to sharpen strategies and improve win rates
Hire and scale the team, establishing operational rhythms and a high-performance structure
Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and refine messaging
Requirements
Proven track record of closing complex 6-figure deals with 5+ years of management experience
Deep understanding and practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies
Fluent in strategic deal management, qualification, and executive alignment
Strong executive presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Proficient in coaching and talent development through structured frameworks
Skilled in navigating multi-stakeholder environments and resolving conflicts
Demonstrated ability to drive change and shift focus from small to strategic deals
Comfortable managing up and across with senior stakeholders and data-driven insights
