Lead, Marketing (Content)
TLDR
Lead the strategy and management of content for Ninja Van's blog to enhance online presence and engagement through data-driven decisions and effective content curation.
Responsibilities
- Manage Ninja Van’s blog in Malaysia.
- Maintain a smooth content production pipeline and content calendar with at least 6 months’ worth of content in the repository.
- Brainstorm and research content topics and ideas based on findings from SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Prepare content and creative briefs.
- Hire and manage a team of freelance writers and/or agencies.
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
- Edit and proofread content.
- Stage content on the WordPress CMS.
- Work closely with local departments to manage and amplify content across all platforms, including email and social media.
- Ensure quality and consistency of content across the blog site.
- Execute content, SEO, and site audits.
- Track and report web analytics and results.
- Produce monthly performance reports for regional reporting.
Requirements
- At least 5 Years of working experience
- Ideally having worked at an agency. Otherwise, a business publication or a B2B blog.
- Mastery of Writing (Articles preferred), Editing, Data Analytics & Reporting (GA, GSC, FB Ads), WordPress Management, SEO (XML, Meta-tagging, Keyword Research, etc), Google Search and Other Topical Research Skills
- Good Interviewing (Journalistic) Skills
- Excellent English & Bahasa Melayu
- Fantastic Project & Time Management
- Initiative & Adaptability
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Melayu.
