Job Summary:

We’re looking for a systems-oriented Lead Intelligence Specialist who can build and scale predictable B2B lead pipelines.

This role owns the quality and volume of leads that the sales team works with. It is not a marketing support role — it is a revenue-driving function responsible for generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert to pipeline.

You will design campaigns, build automation systems, and write high-performing outreach that converts founders and operators into qualified sales conversations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build the Lead Pipeline

Find. Enrich. Score.

  • Identify ICP-fit companies using predefined signals (job postings, platform activity, financial triggers, etc.)
  • Build high-quality, enriched prospect lists
  • Prioritize leads using signal strength + intent

Goal: Always have a fresh, high-intent pipeline ready for outreach

2. Run Outreach & Follow-ups

Touch. Warm. Convert.

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email + WhatsApp)
  • Write high-converting, signal-based messaging (no generic blasts)
  • Design follow-up logic: No reply → new angle, Click → sales alert, Open → retarget

Goal: Convert cold prospects into qualified demo conversations (MQLs)

3. Improve MQL → SQL Conversion

Analyse. Pattern. Replicate.

  • Analyze weekly:
    • Which leads converted
    • What signals worked
    • Which messages got replies
  • Identify patterns and double down on what works
  • Continuously refine: Targeting, Messaging, Lead scoring

Goal: Improve conversion quality, not just volume

HubSpot / CRM · Google Sheets · A/B testing frameworks · Sales feedback loop

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience ragne 2-4 years
  • You’ve worked in B2B marketing / growth / outbound roles
  • You understand how sales pipelines actually get built
  • You’re comfortable with data, tools, and automation
  • You think in:
    • Funnels
    • Conversion rates
    • Experiments

Must-Have Skills

  • Outbound lead generation & prospecting
  • Marketing automation & sequencing
  • B2B copywriting (cold emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
  • Lead scoring & funnel understanding (MQL → SQL)
  • Data analysis (Google Sheets / CRM)

Good-to-Have

Experience with workflow automation tools (N8N / Zapier)

Familiarity with AI enrichment / signal-based prospecting

Startup or 0→1 pipeline building experience
