Your New Role

As an Lead Installer, you'll be the trusted expert for residential HVAC system installations in Grand Junction, CO. From new installs to replacements and mentoring junior techs, you'll play a vital role in shaping both comfort and craftsmanship.

• Perform residential HVAC installations and system retrofits

• Ensure all installs meet safety standards, building codes, and company quality benchmarks

• Lead or assist with complex system upgrades and replacements

• Train and support apprentices and junior technicians on site

• Keep accurate and organized documentation for each job

• Deliver a professional and respectful customer experience on every call

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation

• EPA Certified

• Proven ability to lead and train apprentice technicians

• Willingness to travel to various local job sites

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
