As Lead Industrial Designer at Loop, you’ll take full ownership of a product category’s design direction. You’ll help shape early product ideas, evolve our signature design language, and mentor a world-class team. This role blends high-level creative leadership with hands-on execution. Ideal for someone who wants to leave their mark without leaving the craft behind.
You’ll define how products in your category look, feel, and function, balancing strategy with creative instinct. You’ll create the frameworks that help teams move faster and smarter, ensuring consistency without limiting innovation. Working alongside product, engineering, and CMF teams, you’ll take early-stage ideas and turn them into design directions that are clear, scalable, and premium. You’ll be a mentor to others and a reliable partner for cross-functional teams who count on your taste and clarity to move fast without cutting corners.
You care about how things are made. You sweat the small stuff without losing the big picture. You make decisions others can build on whether it’s a sketch, a CAD file, or a rationale in a roadmap deck. You’ve built products before, and it shows in how you communicate, guide, and design. You’re ready to set the direction and help others reach it.
