ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as production demands may require.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical systems and equipment.
  • Perform PLC diagnostics, backups, and programming adjustments.
  • Configure VFDs, control valves, and instrumentation; calibrate sensors.
  • Research and implement improved electrical controls and processes.
  • Track issues, perform failure analysis, and develop solutions.
  • Apply NEC codes and conduct infrared surveys on electrical components.
  • Read and update electrical drawings; perform conduit bending and wiring.
  • Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation.
  • Maintain strong safety practices, including Arc-Flash compliance.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years industrial electrical experience.
  • Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, system configuration, and network development.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Allen Bradley) preferred.
  • Strong schematic reading and understanding of high-voltage systems.
