We're looking for a Lead Growth Engineer who will own and build Berry Street's growth experimentation practice from the ground up — from CRO and activation experiments to self-serve tooling for our growth marketing team. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect AI-powered experimentation infrastructure and intelligent automation that enables rapid testing and optimization at unprecedented speed, treating AI not as a feature layer, but as foundational infrastructure.
This role demands a technical leader who builds leverage through AI-first patterns: using LLMs to generate hypotheses and content, embeddings for semantic personalization, and autonomous agents to run continuous optimization loops. You'll define technical strategy from 0→1, partner across Marketing and Product, and mentor engineers on building systems where each improvement compounds into exponential value creation.
