About Us

We are seeking a Lead Graph Database Developer with deep expertise in Neo4j, Knowledge Graph design, and AI-driven graph analytics to architect and implement next-generation graph solutions.
Role Overview
As a Lead Graph DB Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize graph-based data models and knowledge graphs that integrate seamlessly with AI systems. You will lead the implementation of Neo4j-based solutions, enabling advanced reasoning, semantic search, and contextual intelligence for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities – Graph Architecture & Development
- Design and implement graph schemas, data models, and knowledge graphs using **Neo4j**.
- Develop Cypher queries, stored procedures, and graph algorithms for complex data relationships.
- Architect graph ingestion pipelines for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.
AI & Knowledge Graph Integration
- Integrate knowledge graphs with AI/ML models for semantic search, entity resolution, and reasoning.
- Implement Graph + LLM patterns for contextual retrieval and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Collaborate with AI teams to enable agentic workflows leveraging graph-based context.
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize graph queries and indexing for large-scale datasets.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of graph databases in production environments.
Governance & Documentation
- Define best practices for graph modeling, data lineage, and metadata management.
- Document architecture decisions, query patterns, and integration workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in database development; 3+ years specializing in **Neo4j** and graph technologies.
- Strong proficiency in **Cypher**, **GraphQL**, and API integration.
- Experience with Knowledge Graph design, ontology modeling, and semantic technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure a plus).
- Knowledge of graph algorithms (PageRank, community detection, shortest path).
- Exposure to LangChain, vector databases, and embedding strategies.
- Certifications in Neo4j or Graph Data Science.
