We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Growth team. This role focuses on building, scaling, and optimizing lead generation across multiple channels. You will work closely with growth and sales to generate high-quality leads and move them through well-defined sales workflows.
We are specifically looking for someone who has worked at a company similar to Remotebase, such as a remote talent platform, software development agency, B2B SaaS, or tech-enabled services company.
What You’ll Do
- You will plan and execute lead generation across diversified channels, not relying on a single source.
- You will own outbound lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- You will run LinkedIn marketing efforts, including profile positioning, direct outreach, and campaign execution.
- You will build and manage sales workflows, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and handoff to sales.
- You will write and iterate outreach copy, LinkedIn messages, and short-form content used in sales and growth campaigns.
- You will collaborate with sales to understand objections and optimize messaging to improve close rates.
- You will continuously test new channels, audiences, and messaging to improve lead quality and conversions.
- You will track and report key metrics such as reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation, growth, or outbound roles.
- Experience generating leads for B2B tech or services companies selling to startups and mid-sized businesses.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and outbound sales workflows.
- Clear understanding of how leads move from first touch to close.
- Strong content writing skills, especially for outbound messages, LinkedIn content, and sales collateral.
- Experience using lead gen and CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, SmartLead, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize based on results.
Nice to Have
- Experience generating leads for engineering, AI, or technical services.
- Experience working closely with sales teams on deal conversion.
- Basic automation experience using tools like n8n or similar.
