CC.Talent is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, sourcing, and qualifying high-quality leads for our sales team. This role is critical in supporting Business Development initiatives and requires hands-on expertise with modern lead generation platforms and outbound prospecting strategies.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in building targeted prospect lists, executing outbound campaigns, and consistently delivering qualified leads using LinkedIn and advanced lead generation tools.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay.io, and other lead generation platforms
Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICP), industries, roles, and geographies
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
Data & CRM Management
Enrich, validate, and maintain accurate lead data
Keep lead records clean and up to date within CRM systems
Track lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics
Provide regular reports on lead volume, lead quality, and campaign performance
Collaboration & Optimisation
Work closely with Business Development Managers to align lead generation efforts with sales priorities
Support smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team
Continuously test and optimise messaging, targeting, and tools to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Stay updated on best practices and emerging tools in lead generation and outbound sales
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or outbound prospecting
Expert-level experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay.io, and similar lead generation tools
Proven track record of generating qualified leads for sales teams
Strong understanding of ICP development, lead scoring, and segmentation
High attention to detail with strong data and CRM management skills
Excellent written communication skills for outreach and messaging
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Work Schedule
Flexible work arrangement (Remote or Hybrid)
Must be willing to work in our Clark Office for hybrid arrangements
Must be comfortable working Australian (AEST/AEDT) and/or U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
Experience supporting offshoring, outsourcing, or BPO sales teams
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Experience working with Australian and/or U.S. markets
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and outbound sales processes
