Our client is a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), local SEO, and packaged SEO projects for clients across industries including marketing, financial services, retail & ecommerce, health & wellness, and non-profits. With a goal of securing over 10 qualified appointments per month, they are looking for a skilled virtual assistant to drive lead generation and appointment setting efforts for their growing sales team.
As a Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads, conducting cold outreach, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, using tools like Apollo.io, Google Voice, and HubSpot to manage communications and track performance. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong digital marketing sales knowledge, ideally within SEO services.
