Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Research

  • Identify potential leads using LinkedIn, online databases, industry directories, and other digital tools.
  • Research companies, contacts, and decision-makers to ensure accurate targeting.
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for outreach campaigns.

Email & LinkedIn Outreach

  • Conduct outbound email campaigns to generate interest and schedule sales calls.
  • Use LinkedIn messaging, connection requests, and engagement tactics to open communication channels with potential clients.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and maintain engagement.

Pipeline Support & Coordination

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team.
  • Track and update all lead activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed handoff notes to account executives to ensure smooth transitions.

Content & Messaging

  • Assist in developing outreach templates, messaging sequences, and outbound email campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice.
  • Continuously optimize messaging to improve conversion rates.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation metrics.
  • Prepare reports on pipeline activity, lead quality, and outreach performance.
  • Recommend improvements to the lead-generation process.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations in Cebu to ensure a professional, productive work environment.
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, attendance records, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate closely with the U.S. team to align on goals and expectations.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Act as the on-site team leader for the Cebu office.
  • Hire, train, and manage additional team members (sales support, admin, lead gen assistants, etc.).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Handle basic HR functions in coordination with the U.S. office, including onboarding, documentation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • At least 5 years of total working experience.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation
  • Background in office management or administrative operations
  • Demonstrated experience generating leads across the US market and other international regions
  • Must be amenable to work fully on site.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role

Advantageous Skills:

  • Familiarity with using any prospecting and lead generation tools.
  • Preferably around 30-35 years old.
  • Experience in relative industry is a plus but not a requirement.
