Lead Gen AI Engineer

TLDR

Lead the engineering and scaling of enterprise-grade AI platforms, developing advanced Generative AI systems and optimizing MLOps on Azure.

Lead the engineering, deployment, and scaling of enterprise-grade AI platforms. Build production-ready GenAI, RAG, and ML systems, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability and observability across AI operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Conversational AI, LLM agents, multi-agent workflows, and automation frameworks.
  • Develop APIs/SDKs for enterprise AI services and optimize RAG pipelines with vector DB integrations.
  • Drive MLOps on Azure: CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and performance tuning.
  • Translate research into applied solutions and lead PoC evaluations.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery, UAT, and production rollout readiness.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Data Science on Azure, Generative AI Fundamentals, Machine Learning Solution Design
  • Python (Strong) and advanced RAG Workflow experience
  • Hands-on with agentic workflows and scalable LLM integrations

Arabic proficiency is a plus.
