Lead Full Stack Engineer (React/C#/AWS)

You’ll combine your technical craft with leadership to help shape solutions that are not only elegant and scalable, but also empower your teammates to do their best work.

You’ll work primarily with React on the front end and C#/.NET services on the back end, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to turn ideas into outcomes that have real impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of full-stack features that raise the bar for quality and performance
• Build responsive, component-based UIs with React (Hooks, Context API, etc.)
• Develop and maintain back-end services in C#/.NET, integrating APIs and cloud services
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complex needs into simple, effective solutions
• Mentor team members and guide technical decision-making to lift the whole team
• Participate in architectural discussions and shape the technical direction of projects
• Maintain high standards through code reviews, unit testing, and automation practices
• Champion best practices in Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimisation

You’re a technically strong and people-focused engineer with a proven track record of leading successful software delivery. You’re passionate about writing clean code, mentoring others, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build digital products that make a real impact. 

• Deep experience building applications with React on the front end
• Proven skills developing back-end services with C#/.NET
• Comfortable working in cloud-native environments and leveraging modern architecture patterns (AWS)
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile environment, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement
