We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who thrives in building scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications - ideally someone who can turn complex ideas into clean, maintainable code across the entire stack. While experience with AI-enhanced features is a bonus, this role is primarily about full stack engineering excellence.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience designing and developing robust full stack applications
  • Solid hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, C#/JAVA
  • Strong Python skills (a must-have)
  • Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals:
  • OOP design principles
  • Asynchronous programming
  • Lazy loading, caching, performance optimization
  • A sharp problem-solver who can think creatively and architect solutions outside the norm
  • Proven track record of owning features end-to-end: from design to testing, deployment, and production support
  • Experience with code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices

Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML integration in production systems (e.g., embedding search, AI assistants, language models)
  • Familiarity with AI concepts like RAG, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
  • Exposure of scaling from AI ideas to fully deployed features with QA, security, and monitoring
  • Docker, AKS, Kubernetes
