Lead Frontend Developer - CO Remote

Workstate is looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join our talented team! Requirements

The ideal candidate will typically have 6-10 years of professional experience and have demonstrated many of the following skills:

• A track record as a technical leader with teamwide impact.
• Experience leading development teams in an agile context.
• Experience decomposing and assigning work to your team members.
• Experience removing blockers, pulling devs out of blind alleys, and maintaining forward momentum.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in React
• Experience with Redux Toolkit
• Experience with React Query
• Experience with Node.js / Koa
• Experience with frontend build toolchains
• Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniques
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team discussions
• Experience with UI/UX principles and working closely with designers to create engaging interfaces
• B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both written and verbal.
