Position Overview

This position is part of a contract bid and is contingent upon contract award. Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience managing helpdesk support for organizations with 1,000+ personnel
  • IAT Level III certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140
  • Active Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing IT support within military facilities
