Job Description:
The Lead for Electromagnetic Spectrum Support provides expert frequency and spectrum management services across theater operations. This role resolves complex spectrum issues, produces technical reports, and supports planning, coordination, and evaluation of spectrum tools and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or 7+ years spectrum management experience
Proficiency with spectrum tools (Spectrum XXI, JSIRO, HNWSDO, ACES/JACS, etc.)
Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and SATCOM tools
Active Secret clearance

Preferred:

Joint or COCOM frequency management experience
Graduation from DoD spectrum or SATCOM training programs
