ActioNet is looking for a Lead for Electromagnetic Spectrum Support requiring a Secret Clearance. This position is located at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.

The Electromagnetic Spectrum Support Lead provides specialized technical expertise in spectrum engineering, SATCOM operations, and electromagnetic interference analysis. This role is responsible for processing and validating frequency requests, coordinating with Republic of Korea (ROK) agencies, and ensuring that all spectrum activities comply with Department of War, DoD, and US Forces Korea (USFK) spectrum policies. The Lead will maintain proficiency in spectrum management tools, monitor spectrum usage, and support the resolution of interference issues affecting operational systems.

The individual will prepare detailed technical reports, develop recommendations related to spectrum allocation and deconfliction, and support planning efforts for communications architectures and mission-critical systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, thorough knowledge of spectrum management tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with ROK partners, joint military components, and senior leadership.

Additional responsibilities include:

Conducting electromagnetic interference (EMI) analysis and assisting in mitigation planning for affected systems.
Supporting SATCOM planning, coordination, and troubleshooting for operational missions.
Managing and updating spectrum databases, documentation, and configuration records.
Providing subject matter expertise during exercises, inspections, and operational planning sessions.
Advising leadership on spectrum constraints, risks, and recommended courses of action.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable USFK, DoW, and international spectrum regulations.

Requirements:
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or 7+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience: Proficiency in Spectrum XXI, HNWSDO, JSIRO, ACES/JACS, SPEED, and RTSO; familiarity with spectrum analyzers such as PR200 and Spectrum Guard Pro
• Preferred: Graduate of DoW Frequency Management School; completion of SATCOM or advanced communications courses
