Lead Financial Planner

AI overview

Lead Planners are focused on client service rather than prospecting, managing high net worth relationships and developing detailed financial strategies.

Apply for this Lead Financial Planner (full-time, fully remote) position ONLY IF YOU BELIEVE WHAT WE BELIEVE:

  • Charging a Flat Fee for Planning & Investment management is clearly better for clients than a % AUM fee (which drives excessive fees and is rife with conflicts)

  • Lead Planners do their best work serving clients and NOT prospecting for them

  • A Lead Planner’s core purpose is to help clients achieve the feeling of relaxed confidence in their financial lives

  • Great heroes for a Lead Planner include Jack Bogle, Wade Pfau, Bill Sharpe, Fama & French

  • Lead Planner core values should include Service, Curiosity, Transparency, Humility & Tenacity

  • Personal finance is 80% personal and 20% finance

We’re a disruptive band of flat fee retirement income experts providing outstanding client service. We recently passed $1.3B at Schwab, and we’re having a lot of fun.

So, do you believe what we believe?
