Lead Finance Specialist with Power BI (based in North Macedonia, Armenia or Ukraine)

Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Lead Finance Specialist with Power BI in North Macedonia. We will consider candidates from North Macedonia, Armenia and Ukraine. You will:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports;

Streamline managerial reporting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives;

Lead improvements in the managerial reporting tool (automation, structurization, andensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems);

Design and develop Power BI Dashboards;

Support budgeting & forecasting functions in collaboration with other teams;

Analyze financial and operational data and provide recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Requirements:

University degree in finance, accounting, or economics;

5+ years of experience in Finance, Managerial accounting, FP&A, or Controlling;

2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, datamodeling, publishing models, report automation;

Good MS Excel & Google Sheets skills;

Analytical mindset;

High level of attention to detail and a responsible attitude to work;

Upper-intermediate level of English.
