Lead Engineer - Tasks

TLDR

Own the CRM Tasks product end-to-end, emphasizing product ownership with high autonomy to design, build, and ship features independently.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full lifecycle: translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions

  • Design and implement frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflows

  • Rapidly prototype, validate with users, and iterate to production quality

  • Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of systems

  • Monitor applications, maintain documentation, and improve engineering processes

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience shipping full stack production systems

  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills

  • Ability to work independently with high ownership

  • Experience with APIs, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks

  • Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability trade-offs

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building CRM or task/workflow management products

  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, or monitoring tools

  • Strong frontend and UX sensibility

  • Portfolio or GitHub with deployed projects
