We’ve built powerful systems that allow us to analyze any business in depth, uncovering weaknesses, opportunities, and actionable insights that drive meaningful growth. By combining advanced tools with strategic thinking, we help agencies connect with the right prospects faster and more effectively than ever. We’re looking for a Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and a modern front-end framework, paired with a bold vision for AI-assisted development. If you’ve architected complex systems, shipped high-performance web applications at scale, built modular and pluggable components, and pushed the boundaries of how AI can empower engineers, this role is for you. As a key member of the Prospecting team, a product built to help agencies find their next customers, you’ll lead end-to-end development of new features, own critical architectural decisions, and drive innovation at the intersection of AI and software engineering. Your work will ensure that AI-generated code is not just created, but accurate, efficient, and production-ready. This is a hands-on role where your contributions will make a real impact for real businesses. You’ll also play a major role in shaping how AI accelerates development across the entire stack. Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and a modern front-end framework.

Own features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.

Architect and maintain modular, pluggable components that can be reused across the platform.

Drive technical decision-making across the Reputation Management product, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.

Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools, enhancing reliability, minimizing hallucinations, and improving developer productivity.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI Research to deliver impactful features.

Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Proactively identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization (5+ Years).

Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.

Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.

Experience building modular, pluggable UI components & widgets for reuseing  across platform and third party solutions.

Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in the software engineering lifecycle.

Ability to guide technical architecture, make high-impact decisions, and mentor other engineers.

Experience with code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and optimizing dev workflows.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
