Role: Lead, End User Computing (EUC)

As part of this expansion, multiple roles are open across key functions to help build, maintain, and enhance next-generation solutions. Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the EUC strategy to modernise end-user technologies and digital experience.
- Lead Google Workspace implementation, migration, and adoption programmes.
- Establish device, collaboration, and access governance frameworks.
- Develop and enforce EUC standards, policies, and procedures.
- Design a scalable EUC support model aligned with BTS and IS service frameworks.
- Govern SLAs, KPIs, and ensure high-quality support across vendors and internal teams.
- Oversee incident, problem, and service transition processes for EUC services.
- Enhance employee experience through onboarding optimisation, device lifecycle management, and digital workplace innovation.
- Drive integration of GWS with IAM, Slack, JAMF, Intune, and other workplace platforms.
- Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to maintain compliance, patching, and endpoint resilience.
- Evaluate and introduce new collaboration tools supporting hybrid work.
- Manage EUC vendors to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IS, and business stakeholders to align EUC priorities
Requirements
- 10–15 years in EUC or digital workplace management, including leadership roles.
- Proven success managing enterprise collaboration and device management platforms.
- Strong history of designing support models and governing SLAs.
- Demonstrated experience improving employee digital experience and workplace productivity.
