In this role, you will:

• Define and implement the long-term direction, growth roadmap, and performance objectives for direct-to-consumer digital commerce

• Lead all paid acquisition channels, optimizing campaigns to drive conversion, traffic growth, and customer retention.

• Build and manage the business and technical roadmap for the online store, ensuring seamless integration of new features and technologies.

• Partner with creative, user experience, service, and technology teams to launch enhancements that elevate the digital customer journey.

• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and platform vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Guide a dynamic eCommerce team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation in a fast-moving environment.

• Establish success metrics, track key performance indicators, and analyze trends to inform decisions and continuous improvement.

• Present regular performance insights to leadership and build action plans to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Promote best practices in eCommerce and digital strategy across the organization, serving as an internal advisor on market trends and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading eCommerce or digital business operations

• Strong knowledge of marketing technology, online acquisition strategies, conversion rate optimization, and digital commerce frameworks

• Proven ability to integrate automation and data-driven decision-making into customer acquisition and retention strategies

• Expertise in analytics, performance modeling, and ROI measurement for digital channels

• Experience within technology, renewable energy, or mobility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Bonus skills:

• Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
