Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and creative Lead Digital Marketer to own our digital growth engine. You will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated digital strategy that spans the entire customer journey—from first touch to long-term retention.

As a "Lead," you will act as the primary architect of our online presence, managing our digital budget, optimizing our marketing tech stack, and ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and lead a cohesive digital roadmap across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, and Content Marketing.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey to identify "leaks" in the conversion funnel and implement A/B tests on landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs. You must be able to translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect our brand voice, aesthetic, and values consistently.
  • Copywriting & Creative Direction: * Act as the "voice of the brand" across all digital channels, writing high-converting copy for Facebook/Google ads, landing pages, and email sequences.
    • Translate complex product features into "benefit-driven" stories that resonate with our target audience’s pain points.
    • Develop and maintain a "Messaging House" to ensure consistency in tone and language across the entire digital ecosystem.
  • Retention & Lifecycle Strategy: * Design and execute an end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce churn.
    • Build sophisticated automated email/SMS workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase upsells, and win-back campaigns.
    • Segment our customer database based on behavior (RFM analysis: Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to deliver highly personalized content.

Requirements

Direct-Response Copywriting: A portfolio or proven track record of writing copy that directly resulted in conversions/sales.

Retention Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with CRM and ESP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or ActiveCampaign).

Psychology-Driven Marketing: A deep understanding of consumer behavior, persuasion triggers, and how to write for different stages of the buyer’s journey.
