Lead the evolution of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence in a dynamic enterprise environment focused on geospatial intelligence.

We're looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help shape the future of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices as we build our new engineering hub in Warsaw.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving our DevOps maturity—leading a small team, mentoring engineers, and setting technical direction across cloud, CI/CD, observability, and service reliability. As a people leader, you’ll manage and support up to 3 DevOps Engineers, guiding them through growth, technical challenges, and impactful delivery.
