- As a Lead Designer, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and usability. You will guide a team of designers, enforce design standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the UX/UI design of complex digital products across platforms.
- Define and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to shape product vision.
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior and senior associates on design execution.
- Drive adoption of modern design practices including micro-interactions and prototyping.
- Ensure design deliverables align with business goals and user needs.
- Present design solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction, or related field.
- Candidates with a design school background are preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Proven experience leading small to mid-sized design teams
SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
- Expert-level proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and interaction design.
- Experience in creating dashboards, complex flows, and enterprise applications.
