  • Design and develop a robust, enterprise-grade data platform to power smart, data-driven decisions across the business.
  • Lead architectural decisions and best practices for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other elements of the modern data stack.
  • Implement access controls, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and data quality measures to ensure security and reliability.
  • Establish data observability frameworks to monitor performance and preempt potential issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Act as a technical mentor and thought leader, championing best practices and modern data engineering standards.
