The Position 
The Lead Data Analyst role wi l report directly to the Manager of Solutions and is 
supported by the Director Integration/Migration services.  
This critical client-facing role wi l be responsible for bridging the gap between client data 
environments and our internal system (RL). This individual serves as the primary data 
subject matter expert (SME), focusing on understanding, profiling, and mapping complex 
client data structures to ensure successful data migration and continuous integration 
projects 
**This opening is for UK timezon to overlap UK and morning hours of US** 
 
What you will do:  
Work closely with Customers and internal teams to design, configure, and help test 
Integration/Migration projects. 
Client & Project Engagement 
● Lead Data Discovery Sessions: Conduct detailed workshops with client SMEs to 
understand their source systems, data models, business rules, and integration 
requirements for both one-time migration and continuous integration. 
● Defining specifications: Translate complex business needs into clear, structured, 
and detailed data requirements, focusing on transformations, quality checks, and 
mapping logic. 
● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client data owners, 
clearly articulating the system's data dependencies, limitations, and the rationale 
behind proposed data mapping solutions. 
● Validate Client Data: Guide the client through the data validation and 
reconciliation process, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a l 
migrated or integrated data. 
Technical Analysis & Execution Support 
● Data Profiling & Assessment: Quickly access and analyze client data sources using 
SQL queries (joins, aggregations, functions) to understand data quality, 
completeness, and structural integrity. 
● Data Mapping Design: Develop and document the definitive Data Mapping 
Specification that translates client source fields to the target RL system data 
model. 
● Troubleshooting: Partner with the Integration Specialist/Developer to troubleshoot 
data quality issues, logic errors, and integration failures, acting as the final check 
on data correctness. 
● Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for source 
system analysis, data glossaries, and the approved transformation logic. 
What you will bring to the role:  
● Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar 
client-facing role, idea ly within a software implementation or professional services 
environment. 
 
● Data Expertise: Expert proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, subqueries, and 
data manipulation language (DML). 
● Analytical Ability: Exceptional ability to quickly understand and diagram complex, 
disparate data structures (e.g., databases, flat files, APIs) and identify key data 
relationships. 
● Communication: Proven track record of strong verbal and written communication 
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to present complex 
data analysis clearly and concisely. 
● Domain Knowledge: Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT 
principles, and data quality dimensions. 
● Bachelors or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business 
Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred  
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a time-sensitive, 
deadline driven environment and prioritize accordingly  
● Experience with either supporting, contributing or managing Financial Systems is 
preferred, but not required 
● Excelent knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office or Google 
Workspace
